Join us in pioneering breakthroughs in healthcare. For everyone. Everywhere. Sustainably.

Our inspiring and caring environment forms a global community that celebrates diversity and individuality. We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions.

We are looking for an MR Application Specialist to join our Customer Services & Academy team in Finland and the Baltics.

This is a customer-facing clinical expert role, with a strong focus on training, support, and optimization of MRI systems. It offers a unique opportunity to move beyond routine clinical work and develop into a true modality expert.

You will act as a trusted partner to our customers, supporting them throughout the entire lifecycle of their MRI systems —from installation and onboarding to advanced clinical applications and ongoing optimization.

You will collaborate closely with Radiographers, Radiologists, and multidisciplinary clinical teams across Finland, and occasionally in the Baltics, helping them to maximize the value of their MRI systems in real clinical environments.

You will join a dynamic and supportive team environment, working alongside experienced colleagues, across modalities.

The position is based in Finland and includes regular travel (approximately 50%) to customer sites across Finland, for which a valid driving license is needed.

Fluency in both Finnish and English languages, written and spoken, is required.

Your role:

  • Provide expert-level application support for MR systems, across Finland and the Baltics, throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Deliver tailored training sessions and clinical demonstrations (on-site and remote) to healthcare professionals, both pre- and post-installation.
  • Support customers in image quality optimization, protocol development, and clinical workflows.
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and global application teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
  • Organize and support national and local exhibitions, conferences, and study days, including system demonstrations.
  • Manage and update training materials to support customer engagement.

Your expertise:

  • Degree in Medical Physics or Radiography or related field.
  • Understanding of MRI clinical workflows and imaging techniques.
  • Experience in teaching or guiding colleagues in a clinical environment.
  • Comfortable in presenting to and training groups of healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both Finnish and English languages.
  • Structured way of working and ability to plan your own work-related activities.
