What you’ll be doing

  • Defining and deploying Lean strategy aligned to organisational goals, translating business priorities into impactful continuous improvement initiatives
  • Leading cross-functional programmes to enhance productivity, capacity, efficiency, and resilience
  • Analysing performance metrics (cycle time, throughput, OEE, lead times) to identify and remove bottlenecks across operations
  • Championing Lean methodologies such as standard work, SMED, and value stream mapping, while coaching teams and leaders to embed Lean thinking
  • Recruiting, developing, and inspiring a high-performing team, creating an inclusive and collaborative environment
  • Partnering with global and local stakeholders to ensure alignment to supply chain policies, regulations, and best practices
  • Leveraging data analytics and digital tools to drive informed decision-making and improve operational performance
  • Advancing digitalisation within SCM, building capability in system architecture and aligning with global initiatives
  • Promoting a culture of innovation, encouraging new ideas, technologies, and ways of working
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships and enabling clear, effective communication across the business

  • Strong prioritisation and decision-making skills in dynamic operational environments

Desirable:

  • Coaching and leadership capability that brings out the best in others
  • A curious, resilient, and collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
