We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical engineer with strong development expertise in building AI-driven automation and DevOps tooling solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience developing scalable internal platforms, intelligent workflow automation, and productivity-focused engineering solutions with a strategic and problem-solving mindset.

This role focuses on designing and developing modern automation systems, AI-assisted developer tooling, and RAG-based solutions to improve engineering efficiency and operational scalability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop AI-driven automation tools and internal engineering platforms using C# and .NET Core
  • Build intelligent workflow automation and developer productivity solutions
  • Develop and integrate RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) based solutions and AI-powered engineering utilities
  • Create scalable backend services, tooling frameworks, and automation systems
  • Collaborate with DevOps, platform, and engineering teams to improve development workflows and operational efficiency
  • Build reusable components and frameworks for scalable automation and process optimization
  • Analyze existing systems and identify opportunities for AI-enabled improvements and automation
  • Troubleshoot and enhance tooling performance, integrations, and engineering workflows
Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on development experience in C# and .NET Core
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities
  • Experience designing scalable and maintainable software solutions
  • Strong understanding of backend development, automation architecture, and engineering best practices
  • Experience working with AI-assisted development workflows or intelligent automation systems
  • Ability to think strategically and build scalable engineering solutions
  • Good communication and collaboration skills

Good to Have
  • Experience with RAG-based AI solutions, LLM integrations, or AI-powered tooling
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD concepts, and automation workflows
  • Knowledge of Git, TFVC, YAML pipelines, and build orchestration
  • Experience with PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting
  • Understanding of REST APIs and service integrations
  • Exposure to build/test automation frameworks and developer productivity platforms
