Responsibilities

• Assist in order fulfilment and logistics coordination, including tracking of orders, shipments, and deliveries

• Support daily customer service logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution

• Analyze logistics data using Excel and basic analytical tools to identify trends, delays, and improvement areas

• Assist in creation and maintenance of logistics dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports

• Support coordination with warehouse, transportation, and internal CS teams

• Participate in process mapping and optimization exercises to improve service levels and turnaround time

• Help document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational workflows

• Assist in handling customer‐related logistics queries under team guidance

• Provide analytical and documentation support for continuous improvement projects
