Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Provide first‑level HR support to managers and employees, acting as the initial point of contact for HR‑related queries and guidance.
  • Support employee relations activities by assisting with investigations, addressing workplace issues, and contributing to fair and timely resolutions in line with company policies and local legislation.
  • Support learning and training initiatives by coordinating sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system access requests, and exit procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date HR data and personnel records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with internal and legal requirements
  • Handle HR documentation and reporting at local level, supporting audits and recurring HR processes as needed.
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team to support local HR initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • Strong knowledge of Romanian legislation
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and regions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Very good English skills (spoken and written) — essential for communication with global teams.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, online platforms, reporting tools, documentation systems).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience, including stakeholder management and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or medical technology sector with a strong understanding of the technology and market dynamics.
  • Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
