In this role, you are responsible to

• Acknowledgement and Confirming the Incoming Materials (Indirect and Direct)

• Administration of 3rd party personnel

• Storage of Material in designated areas along with GRN's

• Ensure BIN cards

• Issue of material to production lines

• Period Inventory Count of the Raw materials

• Maintain and ensure training records for stores personnel

• Coordinate issue of L-items with respective buyer

• Ensure Workplace conformance with Safety and Health regulations.

• Preparation of E-way bills and co-ordinate with transporter for vehicles

• Transportation Invoices to be cleared

Qualification and Skills:

Bachelors in Commerce or graduation in any related field

• SAP Knowledge preferred

• Basic Excel Knowledge mandatory

• Knowledge of Customs related process

• Experience of 4-5 years with Stores associated activities
