This is not a traditional banking or accounting role. At Siemens Healthineers, you will apply your digitalisation skills to the operational finance processes of a global MedTech business, working at the intersection of healthcare, technology and operations to deliver real world impact.
You will gain hands on experience across offer to order, order to cash, cost controlling and business performance, using data and digital tools to unlock insights and drive smarter decisions.
Our two-year Graduate Program is designed to accelerate your development through structured learning, mentoring and rotations across the business. This includes the opportunity for international experience, giving you early exposure to global operations and setting you up for a long-term career with Siemens Healthineers.
About you:
- Curious and proactive, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and use data, visualisation and analytics to drive better outcomes
- Energetic and driven, with a fresh perspective and the ambition to make a real impact
- Take ownership of your work while thriving in a collaborative, team-focused environment
- Have an interest and experience in digitalisation, AI, data analytics
- In your final year of study or recently graduated within the past two years
- Achieved a minimum credit average across your university degree
Exposure to the use of digitalisation through internships, university projects or work experience is advantageous.
