HR - Trainee on People and Culture - German speaker (m/f/d)

What you’ll do:
You’ll join an open, international HR People & Culture team that works across the Region Europe Middle East and Africa, where you’ll:
- Work on strategic People & Culture topics across EMEA region, with exposure to Employee Engagement, Learning, Talent Development and Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging initiatives
- Support operational activities with an efficiency‑driven mindset.
- Analyze data and prepare slide decks with relevant insights to support decision‑making on Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and be trusted point of contact for the team.
- Support people and leadership development, including leadership trainings, workshops and regional programs
- Create engaging communication and relevant materials
- Get hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle and employee engagement and culture related initiatives in an international environment.
- Provide support in operational HR related tasks over all employee life-cycle once needed.
- Support the organization and smooth delivery of our Early Career Talent Program through hands-on coordination: from preparing slides and communications to helping organize the logistics of Program activities.

Who we’re looking for:
A motivated student in HR, psychology, management, communication, or a similar field, with:
- First HR experience (international exposure is a plus!)
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Fluency in English and German for collaboration
- Confidence using MS Office 365 tools; Power BI and Dashboards
- Detail‑oriented with a strong attention to accuracy
- Passionate about efficiency, continuous improvement, and the use of AI tools.
