Experienced Accounting Team Lead with German
Siemens Healthineers Accounting Centre of Competence has been perfecting the accuracy and efficiency of Accounting and Reporting for 22 countries of Europe and Central Asia. We have been consulting on adoption of IFRS standards, implementing cutting-edge IT solutions, all while creating our own processes and so developing all-round Accounting Professionals.
We are currently searching for an experienced accounting Team Lead with advanced working experience in transactional accounting services in SAP, who will lead the subledger accounting team in following areas:
- Accounts Payables
- Accounts Receivables
- Cash & Banks
- Cooperation with Payment Run Team
- Closing activities in subledger area
Your main responsibility:
- Act as Primary Contact and lead the team of AP/AR accountants in both personal (people management) and operational tasks (complex subledger accounting, month end closing activities, and in projects)
- Keep good relationships and cooperation with other stakeholders
- Drive process improvements and automation
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of SAP Subledgers Working Experience
- Financial Accounting Knowledge
- Leadership skills to lead other team members
- In-depth know-how of SAP AP/AR
- Stress-resistance, Ability to handle Unforeseen Situations
- Independent Working Style and Stakeholder Mentality
- Strong Communication Skills through different Channels
- Analytical and conceptional thinking capabilities
- Prioritization and Time-management Ability
- Experience with process automation is an advantage
- English and German proficiency
Required education, skills, and personality requirements
- University education (Bachelor's degree)
Language skills
- German - Upper intermediate (B2)
- English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 2 200 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
