Your role:


  • Provide legal advice and support to Business Areas, Business Horizontals, Functions, understanding channel teams (Distributors, Direct, others) in drafting and negotiating contracts, and offer general advice and guidance on various legal matters related to the channels.
  • Use critical judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems that impact different functions within the company.
  • Support the Latin American regional legal team on improve existing processes by maintaining and developing legal knowledge including tools and templates.
  • Provide strategic and operational legal advice and governance with the purpose of ensuring integrity and safeguard the values and reputation together and in close collaboration with Compliance (without tax law, employment law or sanitary registry regulation).
  • Manage claims and litigations, including amicable solutions out of court.
  • Identity legal risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support business and functional teams with legal input on transactions, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.

Your expertise:


  •  At least 7 years of experience commercial legal experience, including corporate law, commercial contracts, private and public regulations for commercial matters.
  •  Law degree (JD equivalent) with a valid professional license (cédula profesional).
  • Oversee corporate governance and maintain legal documentation.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, track progress, and meet deadlines; proven ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Represent company's interests in legal proceedings and liaise with external counsels as needed.
  •  Fluent in English.
  •  High sense of accountability and high ethical standards.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and writing), proactiveness and curiosity.

Desirable but not mandatory: Experience in health industry; and/or proficiency in digital management tools.
