As part of our Operational Order Fulfillment team, you will act as the central point of contact for assigned countries, customers, and service partners across all service parts logistics topics. You will work within an international MEA team while closely collaborating with local customer service organizations to ensure seamless operations and high service levels.
Your Role:
- Take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain process for service parts, from order creation to final delivery, to achieve optimal service levels and operational efficiency
- Manage and process spare parts orders across all business lines for service organizations, business partners, and customers within the MEA region, including returns handling
- Perform order entry and conduct logistics and commercial checks in line with country-specific requirements and customer expectations
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment by proactively identifying and resolving issues that may impact dispatch
- Drive escalation management with internal and external stakeholders to remove operational bottlenecks
- Monitor and execute orders in compliance with internal policies, procedures, and legal regulations
- Support and implement logistics-related initiatives, including country-specific requirements and continuous improvement projects
Your Expertise:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or order fulfillment within a multinational environment
- Experience in healthcare or medical devices industry is a plus
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is preferred
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
