Then come and join our global team as Working Student (f/m/d) to support us in the area of internal Communication & Power BI Dashboard Maintenance.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will work with various team members to gather content and feedback to the continuously improve communication on the Service Operation – Education intranet site
  • You will support us in creating, editing, and publishing content for the Siemens Healthineers intranet
  • You will maintain and update our intranet pages to ensure that the information is up to date and appealing
  • You will support the team leader in the provision, maintenance, updating, and troubleshooting of Power BI dashboards
  • You will help to compile content for the pool of practices from different countries

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Communication Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field
  • You are at least for one year available (ideally longer)
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office 365, including AI agents such as Co-Pilot
  • You are interested in, or already have experience with digital communication platforms (e.g. intranet, SharePoint…) and data visualization tools (ideally Power BI)
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and content management systems would be an advantage


Your attributes and skills:

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages are an advantage
  • You want to gain insight into the internal communication processes of a global healthcare company and develop valuable skills in digital communication and service business analytics
  • You are detail-oriented, reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of an international team? Then we look forward to receiving your application!
