Working Student (f/m/d) User Experience Support
Mode of Employment: Fixed Term / 15h/Week

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will support the development and implementation of user experience strategies for all DDO KS digital services
- You will assist in the preparation and execution of UX workshops, stakeholder interviews and design thinking sessions, as well as conducting user research to identify user needs and opportunities for improvement
- You will also assist in the creation of UX documentation, such as journey maps, personas, process and presentation materials, as well as in the evaluation and reporting of UX metrics, KPIs and qualitative feedback

Your qualifications and experience:
- You are successfully studying user experience, user design, psychology, communication design or a comparable subject area
- You have a good understanding of user-centric design principles and design thinking methods
- You have gained initial practical experience in the areas of UX research, methodology or strategy (internship or academic projects)
- You are confident in using virtual collaboration tools (e.g. MS Teams, Office Suite, Conceptboard)

- You have very good written and spoken English skills
- You are motivated to deepen your knowledge in the areas of UX strategy and human-centred innovation
- You have analytical and conceptual thinking skills with an eye for detail
- You are characterised by an independent, structured and reliable way of working.
- You have strong communication and cooperation skills across departments
- You are open to new technologies, digital trends and user behaviour.
- You have a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
