We are looking for a Sustenance Manager to lead the end-to-end monitoring and management of installed X-ray systems in the field (e.g., RAD, Fluoro, Mammo, etc.). The Role is responsible for continuous analysis of install base data, complaint handling, driving product and system change control processes, defining and tracking CAPA against deadlines and costs, managing release planning and execution of hotfixes, bugfixes, and service packs.

Your responsibilities
In this role, you are responsible for:
A team of Sustenance Engineers
Monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting of data from the Installed Base.
Oversee customer complaints in coordination with DCU, ensuring timely resolution, risk mitigation, and sufficient documentation.
Processing of investigations and complaints as part of CCB/PSG.
Defining/Processing and implementation of CAPA. Monitoring of deadlines and costs of corrective and preventive actions
Release planning and controlling of Hotfixes, Bugfixes and Service Packs. Implementation of changes as the change owner
NC processing (spare part consumption, trend, KPI overruns, Warranty (GWL) cost overruns) 
DPI(Defect/discrepancy problem investigation) processing (only as long as systems are in production)


Your qualification
To be successful in this role, your profile includes:
B.E./B.Tech./master’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Physics, or related field
3–4 years of hands-on experience in Project Management, including decision-making in steering boards
Knowledge of Product life cycle and software engineering processes
Proven experience in building, leading, and mentoring teams
Practical experience in handling customer complaints and providing multi-level customer support
Strong troubleshooting skills in medical imaging equipment
Knowledge of risk management principles (product compliance, patient safety, and regulatory adherence) with ability to oversee safety complaints if required
Familiarity with Siemens Healthineers products and solutions, X-ray technology/products is an added advantage
Demonstrated ability working with multi-cultural teams and various internal (R&D, legal, procurement, export control and customs) and external stakeholders globally
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Presentation skills to BL management
