We are seeking a passionate apprentice to collaborate with our cross-border team of project commercials, working collaboratively across 7 countries in the Nordic and Baltic region (NRB) and takeover daily operational tasks in Sweden.

The team is responsible for the booking of orders of medical imaging, purchases and invoicing, from the point we are taking in the order until the point the medical device is installed in the customer site, there is also a component of cost controlling during the whole duration of the project and follow up with internal and external suppliers

Ideally you would be in your final year of studies with the possibility of continuing in the company after that is concluded for a period of time giving you your 1^st job experience

Strategic priorities:

Ensure timely delivery of our KPI’s  (Revenue or cycle time of the projects) interacting with our relevant stakeholders (Sales, Project Managers, Contract Managers, and fellow Contract Admins in Zone NRB)

Key responsibilities: 

§  Review and follow up commercial terms and conditions. 

§  Establish and maintain customer contract in SAP and Bridge, in close alignment with Project Manager. 

§  Execute purchasing transactions and follow-up project deliveries. 

§  Order cost controlling and active cost management. 

§  Customer invoicing and follow up

§  Support revenue accounting, according to Contract Manager 

Qualifications, skills, and experience: 

§  Ongoing bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance / business administration or equivalent

§  Passionate about order management, logistics and/or project controlling. 

§  Good understanding of IT-software like MS Office suite, and willingness to learn internal tools such as SAP  

§  Strong interpersonal skills and ability to cooperate proactively across functions and borders.  

§  Structured and quality oriented.  

§  Strong executioner, self-driven with focus on team-results 

§  You are fluent in Swedish and English language; other Scandinavian and Baltic languages are a plus.
