Apply now for the position of Lab Solutions (LS) Customer Service Administrator within our LS Customer Services team.

Your role:

  • Conduct administrative tasks, mainly supporting pre-defined activities for service operations.
  • Maintain service-related data within service systems, including but not limited to work pool checks and clearing.
  • Responsible for system data quality and support other functions as required.
  • Support our LS Customer Service team as required, to ensure service delivery is planned and carried out in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with other Customer Services departments and third-party solution providers on tasks within the service systems.

Your expertise:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workload.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with all stakeholders across all levels.
  • Ability to take ownership for day-to-day responsibilities and escalating where necessary.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in MS Office 365 and preferably experience of using SAP systems.
