Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.



Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will assist with the collection of primary data on customer behaviour, supplemented by research into existing insights
  • You will help translate customer needs into structured concepts, improvements to the customer journey and actionable recommendations
  • You will contribute to the creation of playbooks, applications and guidelines for global teams to design human-centred experiences at all customer touchpoints
  • You will assist with the analysis of internal and external data to identify customer insights and areas for improvement
  • You will help create dashboards, applications, models or structured analyses (Excel / Power BI / Power Apps), as well as transforming data into strategic conclusions that deliver real impact
  • You will collaborate on cross-functional projects (Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Product Management, Regions)
  • You will assist in creating presentations for various target audiences (clear structure, structured insights)
  • You will help with workshops, coordination meetings and the creation of communication materials

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You are currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, for example in marketing, communications, digital media, user experience, human factors, business administration, economics, strategy, data analysis, industrial engineering or a related field (students from other disciplines are also welcome to apply)
  • You are able to commit to an internship of at least three months
  • You are confident in using (through daily use) collaboration applications and AI tools, e.g. Microsoft Teams, Gemini, NotebookLM, ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot
  • You have some experience with data analysis (Excel, Power BI or similar)


Your attributes and skills:

  • You have a very good command of English (spoken and written). Knowledge of German would be an advantage
  • You have an understanding of modern marketing and sales practices, as well as emerging trends
  • You have good communication and storytelling skills, as well as the ability to create clear and engaging content
  • You are able to use analytical tools and data analysis to provide actionable recommendations

You are enrolled at a university and your work placement is a compulsory part of your degree programme in accordance with your university’s regulations. Only students with a compulsory work placement can be hired
