Then come and join our global team as Senior Strategic Clinical Marketing Manager (f/m/d), focused on Value Partnerships, Customer Impact, and Sales Enablement. In this highly visible global role, you will drive strategic marketing initiatives, develop impactful customer-facing content, support commercial success, and lead the execution of programs that demonstrate the measurable value Siemens Healthineers brings to healthcare providers worldwide.


Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

As a Senior Strategic Clinical Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategic planning, development, implementation, and optimization of key Enterprise Services marketing programs, offerings, and customer engagement initiatives.

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies for Value Partnerships, Value Programs, RadEnablement Services, Digi X-Lab, and other Enterprise Services initiatives, with a strong focus on clinical, operational, and financial customer outcomes.
  • Create compelling customer-facing content, including value propositions, presentations, case studies, success stories, executive briefings, thought leadership materials, and value realization communications that demonstrate measurable customer impact.
  • Translate clinical outcomes, healthcare transformation initiatives, and customer experiences into engaging marketing narratives that strengthen customer adoption, advocacy, and commercial success.
  • Lead the development, planning and execution of marketing launches, campaigns, customer engagement activities, and communication programs supporting strategic Enterprise Services offerings and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, customer presentations, tender response assets, solution briefs, and commercial support content to strengthen market positioning and support business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical experts, customers, regional and global stakeholders, sales teams, and business partners to drive awareness, adoption, and consistent value communication across all touchpoints.
  • Manage cross-functional projects, agencies, and external suppliers while measuring effectiveness, analyzing results, and driving continuous improvement.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Many years of professional experience in strategic marketing, healthcare clinical marketing, product marketing, program management, or commercial enablement.
  • Proven experience developing and executing global marketing programs and campaigns in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in creating customer-facing content, value communication strategies, and sales enablement programs.
  • Experience supporting marketing launches, customer engagement initiatives, and commercial growth strategies.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare markets, healthcare transformation, and value-based initiatives.
  • Experience in stakeholder management across international and cross-functional teams.
  • Background in healthcare technology, medical devices, consulting, enterprise services, or healthcare solutions is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing multiple strategic projects simultaneously while delivering measurable business outcomes.

  • Highly customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving progress in complex organizational environments.
