Then come and join our global team as SAP Second Level and SCM Digitalization Manager (f/m/d) to be a key interface between Business and IT, driving the digital evolution of our SAP landscape within Supply Chain Management and actively shaping our SAP S/4HANA transformation journey.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You are jointly responsible, together with IT, for the SAP solution across the SD and MM modules as well as related areas such as PP and QM, while actively driving the SAP-focused digitalization strategy within SCM.
- You represent SAP topics in cross-functional expert committees and group-wide SAP logistics projects.
- You ensure effective SAP second-level support for business functions and end users, resolving incidents, inquiries, and process-related issues in a sustainable manner.
- You actively contribute to the SAP S/4HANA transformation in the SCM environment, analyze impacts on logistics and business processes, align requirements with stakeholders, and develop future-oriented process and system solutions.
- You provide functional ownership for relevant interfaces to warehouse management and logistics systems of external service providers and ensure their successful integration into the SAP landscape.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a university degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- You bring many years of professional experience in designing, enhancing, and optimizing SAP solutions and business processes within the SCM environment.
- You possess extensive knowledge of SAP-supported business and product delivery processes across the value chain (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Return, Refurbish).
- You have comprehensive expertise in SAP SD and MM as well as advanced knowledge of related modules such as PP, QM, or PM.
- You have proven technical SAP expertise in areas such as RFC, IDOC, Web Services, and Fiori, which you have successfully applied in practice.
- You bring solid knowledge of SHS IT processes and ideally have experience in an SAP S/4HANA environment.

- You quickly understand business requirements, translate them into practical IT solutions, and impress through your organizational skills, initiative, and ability to make decisions.
