Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You help design the positioning of Managing Board members (CEO, CFO, CHRO, MBM) on strategic topics such as innovation, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, sustainability, people and culture, business performance, and crisis management.
- You develop creative communication concepts and target-group-specific content for presentations, social media, intranet, events, campaigns, and multimedia formats.
- You translate complex topics into clear messages, compelling storylines, and audience-focused communication.
- You create and optimize presentations, social media content, graphics, video messages, campaign concepts, and executive communication with a high standard of quality and execution.
- You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and transform strategic messages into impactful communication formats.
- You advise leaders and colleagues on modern digital communication channels and drive best practices for executive positioning.
- You identify relevant trends in executive communications, social media, and visual storytelling and derive actionable recommendations while ensuring alignment with corporate design and brand guidelines.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a university degree in Graphic Design, Media Design, Visual Communication, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- You bring extensive professional experience in Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, Multimedia Production, or a comparable creative communications role, ideally within healthcare, medical technology, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
- You have a strong portfolio demonstrating proven success in developing visual communication formats, presentations, social media campaigns, videos, graphics, or comparable digital content.
- You possess advanced expertise in creating professional PowerPoint presentations and know how to structure and communicate complex topics in a compelling and executive-ready manner.
- You bring deep expertise in visual communication, storytelling, and multimedia production, and you are an expert in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft PowerPoint, and AI-powered applications.
- You have advanced writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft audience-focused messages, headlines, and communication concepts.
- You possess a strong understanding of digital communication channels and social media as tools for executive positioning and can create platform-specific content for different audiences.
