Apply now for the position of Customer Services Sales Representative, and you will Drive New orders and Revenue generation for CS, and actively participate in service continuity and customer satisfaction, based in Casablanca, Morocco.

Your will:

• Act as main customers’ contact regarding Sales topics, and take all necessary actions to ensure high contract capture rate results
• Be responsible for preparing, approving by appropriate responsible, and archiving all CS sales related documentation, including customer documentation
• Establish and maintain contact with customers across your area of responsibility, and provide them with constant support
• Maintain contact with all internal stakeholders to provide business support and to share all necessary information at the right time and on a periodic basis
• Lead the CS tenders and public contracts through all dedicated processes
• Support EQ Sales team to sign POS maintenance contracts
• Use your in-depth knowledge and your analytical thinking to execute superior strategy
• Be responsible for achieving annual targets on New order, Revenue, Price increase, Contract’s capture rate
• Work closely with the PM team to ensure that final acceptance documents for public contracts are signed on time
• Follow up all T&M offers by setting up customer discussions to ensure the reception of POs on time

Your qualifications and characteristics:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
• Proven knowledge of the medical imaging industry and strong understanding of customer services requirements
• Customer-oriented mindset, and advanced ability to build strong relationships
• Strong communication skills, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Resilient and persistent, you showed ability to manage tough negotiations and to follow up on open topics
• Well organized and flexible, you effectively manage your time
• Accountable and result oriented
• Ability to work with different teams, and to solve problems
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Arabic, French and English.
