Then come and join our global team as Senior Advisor (f/m/d) Customer Financing Structuring to serve as a trusted strategic financing advisor to Siemens Healthineers countries, senior sales leadership, and treasury
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You create standard and shape innovative, scalable financing strategies aligned with regional growth priorities and customer needs.
- You lead the origination, structuring, and execution of complex customer financing solutions (standard and tailor-made).
- You lead high-level negotiations & develop strategic partnerships with banks, lessors, and financial institutions for sales financing solutions and act as the ‘bridge’ between Customers, Siemens Healthineers ‘Business Areas, and aBanks/ external finance providers.
- You own financial risk assessments on sales financing solutions and design and implement risk mitigation strategies in line with internal policies.
- You regularly and closely collaborate at senior level with different internal stakeholders (such as Siemens Healthineers Treasury, Business Area Sales, Finance, Legal and Accounting) to ensure that all sales financing processes are operating effectively and in compliance with both internal and external regulations.
- You provide expert sales financing training to Sales and Country organisations.
- You elevate financing know-how across the region, positioning Financing Services as a value-added business partner.
- You monitor and assess financing markets and competitive landscape and develop regional financing concepts and go-to-market programs.
- You lead or contribute to strategic initiatives and capability development within Financing Services.
- You live the governance role clearly and collaboratively.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have a degree in business administration or similar with several years of experience in (Healthcare) sales financing in either a Multinational Corporation or Bank/ external finance provider within your assigned region, including Germany.
- You have extensive experience in structured financing (banking, leasing, or corporate environment), ideally within healthcare or capital goods.
- You have a proven track record in leading complex, cross-border financing transactions.
- You have strong expertise in financial structuring ranging from leasing to sales of receivables, risk assessment, and accounting concepts.
- You are experienced in working in and with (virtual) teams.
- You are familiar with working within an international business setting and with working and communicating with multiple cultures.

- You bring a strong strategic mindset combined with commercial acumen, enabling you to translate regional growth priorities and customer needs into sustainable and value‑adding financing solutions.
- You act as a credible senior advisor who is able to influence and guide decision‑making at executive and senior management level, both internally and externally.
- You demonstrate a high degree of ownership, accountability, and resilience, taking responsibility for complex financing initiatives from ideation through execution, even in challenging or fast‑changing environments.
- You are well organized and communicate clearly and confidently, building trusted relationships with customers, banks, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
- You are able to lead and drive outcomes without formal authority, successfully navigating a matrix organization and aligning diverse interests toward shared objectives.
- You work in a proactive, self‑driven, and independent manner, while collaborating effectively within dynamic, cross‑functional, and international environments.
- As this role covers German‑speaking countries, you communicate fluently in German; for all other countries in scope, you operate confidently and professionally in fluent English.
