Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You own and manage the complete lifecycle of the WeScan service portfolio, including product vision, strategy, roadmap, and market introduction.
- You drive the strategic development, growth, and global positioning of WeScan based on customer insights, market dynamics, and clinical/economic outcomes.
- You work closely with country organizations and Sales to drive commercialization and support global rollout and adoption.
- You translate service strategy into actionable roadmaps, scalable service concepts, and digital customer journeys — and you lead execution from concept and pilots through to global launch.
- You lead cross‑functional, cross‑organizational teams across Customer Services, Service Engineering, R&D, IT, Marketing, Sales, and country organizations, ensuring alignment on priorities and product claims.
- You act as the central product owner and primary interface for WeScan, managing stakeholders from operational teams to top management.
- You represent WeScan in customer, partner, and supplier discussions, shaping service requirements, commercial models, pricing logic, and contractual frameworks.
- You monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to ensure differentiation and competitiveness in digital and remote service models.
- You develop, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps, KPIs, adoption metrics, and financial performance — and you initiate corrective actions where needed.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare management, engineering, or a related field.
- You bring many years of experience in product management, service management, business development, or a comparable role, ideally in healthcare, digital services, or technology‑driven environments.
- You have a proven track record of leading complex international and cross‑organizational projects from strategy to execution.
- You may also bring experience in consulting, data analytics, marketing, or project management — this is considered a strong asset.
- You have a solid understanding of digital business models and the role of technology in scalable service offerings.
Your attributes and skills:
- You work in a structured and customer‑centric way and balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
- You demonstrate strong ownership, an entrepreneurial mindset, and enthusiasm for driving initiatives and delivering results.
- You communicate clearly and convincingly in English (written and verbal) and can explain complex topics at all management levels.
- You collaborate effectively in international, cross‑functional, and cross‑organizational environments and bring strong stakeholder‑alignment skills.
- You speak German or additional languages — an advantage but not required.
- You are willing to travel internationally for approximately 20%.
