Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You are responsible for global product and solution management for imaging for mitral valve therapy, covering the entire clinical care pathway from diagnosis to follow-up.
- You analyze clinical trends, user needs, and competitive dynamics to identify strategic business and innovation opportunities and translate them into concrete imaging solutions.
- You develop and implement a product and innovation strategy aimed at improving the efficiency, quality, and clinical outcomes of mitral valve procedures through advanced imaging solutions.
- You serve as the clinical point of contact for mitral valve procedures and drive strategic collaborations with clinical and industry partners to jointly co-develop and validate new imaging solutions.
- You collaborate in interdisciplinary teams and work closely with internal business units to optimize image-guided clinical workflows along the patient pathway by enhancing our portfolio with new and improved solution elements
- You oversee the clinical validation and workflow optimization of new imaging solutions in close collaboration with internal and external partners.
- You develop customer-centric marketing strategies, value propositions, launch materials, and training concepts to effectively position and commercialize imaging-driven solutions for structural heart therapy, with a focus on mitral valve interventions

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a degree in natural sciences, engineering, medical technology, or human medicine – or a comparable qualification.
- You have in-depth experience in product management or clinical marketing within image-guided structural heart therapy, ideally with a focus on atrioventricular valves.
- You bring profound experience from the clinical environment with direct exposure to structural heart interventions.
- You possess in‑depth knowledge of imaging modalities such as CT, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy, as well as artificial intelligence and their application in structural heart procedures.
- You have the ability to translate complex clinical contexts into strategic product concepts and further develop these within interdisciplinary teams.
- You demonstrate strong communication and coordination skills, along with experience collaborating with international and cross‑functional teams.
- You have solid business acumen and strong capabilities in product and marketing management, market analysis, healthcare systems, and understanding the economic requirements of relevant customer segments.

- You enjoy presenting, appear confident, and communicate fluently and convincingly in English; in addition, you have good German language skills.
- You impress with your strong analytical skills and your keen sense for market movements and trends.
