Apply now for the position of Scrum Master for eCommerce project and you will lead the agile development process, coach the team in their agile journey, facilitate meaningful Scrum ceremonies a support continuous improvement. eCommerce is a web-based portal used by customers of Siemens Healthineers to buy spare parts, components and services for their medical devices.

This is a hybrid position with possible locations in Bratislava, Žilina or Košice.

Your role:

  • You act as a servant leader and Scrum Master for one or more agile development teams.
  • You guide and coach the team on adopting agile methodologies and Scrum practices effectively.
  • You facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • You collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure clear communication of requirements and priorities.
  • You shield the team from external interruptions and distractions to maintain focus on sprint goals.
  • You promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and addressing areas for enhancement.
  • You foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and problem-solving.
  • You track and report on team progress, using relevant metrics and tools.
  • You support the team in resolving conflicts and overcoming obstacles.

Your expertise:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, leading agile development teams.
  • Strong understanding of agile principles, Scrum framework, and other agile methodologies.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive change, inspire teams, and facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate challenges effectively.
  • Collaborative and approachable attitude, with a passion for fostering teamwork.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.

Nice-to-Have:

  • experience in a healthcare or medical technology environment.
  • Knowledge of additional agile frameworks beyond Scrum, e.g. SAFe.
  • Familiarity with software development practices and technologies.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and web applications development

In line with applicable pay transparency requirements, the minimum gross monthly base salary for this position is 3000€.

In addition, this role includes a variable compensation component, depending on individual and/or company performance.

The final offer will be determined based on qualifications, skills, and experience and may exceed the stated minimum.
