Azure DevOps & Automation Engineer (f/m/d) - Hybrid - Bratislava/Košice

This is a hybrid position with possible locations in Bratislava or Košice.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- You administer and improve our Azure DevOps environment.
- You support CI/CD pipelines, automation, tool integrations, and dashboards.
- You help evaluate and implement add-ins, automation platforms, and AI-enabled features.
- You translate business and process needs into practical technical solutions.
- You provide technical support and contribute to a secure, stable, and scalable toolchain.
Your qualifications, experience & skills
Technical Skills
- You have experience with Azure DevOps administration, configuration, and DevOps workflows.
- You can support CI/CD pipelines, automation, and tool integrations.
- You have basic scripting or automation skills, e.g. with PowerShell, Python, YAML, or similar technologies.
- You are familiar with Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Power Platform, or ServiceNow, or are willing to learn them.
- You are interested in using AI-enabled tools and automation to improve productivity, development workflows, and business processes.
- Basic understanding of secure and compliant IT environments is beneficial.
Non-Technical Skills
- You bring strong problem-solving skills and a structured, analytical way of working.
- You have a hands-on mindset and enjoy turning requirements into practical technical solutions.
- You are proactive, service-oriented, and motivated to continuously improve tools, workflows, and processes.
- You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You enjoy working in international and cross-functional teams.
- You are open to learning new technologies and quickly developing expertise in new platforms or tools.
- You can communicate fluently in English; German language skills are a plus
In line with applicable pay transparency requirements, the minimum gross monthly base salary for this position is 3 200€
In addition, this role includes a variable compensation component, depending on individual and/or company performance.
The final offer will be determined based on qualifications, skills, and experience and may exceed the stated minimum.
