Position Overview

Join our Global Customer Service Managed Logistics (CS ML) Network & Solutions team and help shape the future of supply chain network design. You will work on real business projects focused on network design, logistics simulation, and data analytics, helping to improve supply chain performance and support strategic decision-making across our global organization.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation, validation, and transformation of supply chain data for network modeling projects
• Assist in developing and maintaining data pipelines connecting multiple data sources (e.g., Snowflake, Excel, Coupa)
• Prepare and validate datasets used for logistics simulations and optimization models
• Support the development and maintenance of supply chain network models used for simulation and optimization analyses
• Support the execution of network modeling scenarios and summarize simulation results
• Analyze logistics data, identify data quality issues, and support model validation activities
• Create reports, dashboards, maps, and presentations to communicate analytical results to project stakeholders
• Document modeling assumptions, data structures, and business rules
• Participate in international project meetings and collaborate with global stakeholders

What we're looking for:

• An enthusiastic and analytical person available for 15 - 20 hours per week
• A student of Data Science, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Someone who enjoys solving analytical problems and working with data
• A proactive person who is eager to learn new tools and technologies
• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
• A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Someone interested in logistics, supply chain optimization, and data analytics

What do I need to apply?

• Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Interest in data analysis and data transformation
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good English communication skills (minimum B2)
• Willingness to learn modern supply chain modeling and optimization tools
• Interest in cloud data platforms, ETL processes, or data integration is an advantage
