About the role

As a SAP System Analyst, you will play a key role in enabling the continued evolution of our digital landscape. Working within our Digitalisation Center of Excellence, you’ll support and enhance SAP systems that underpin our manufacturing operations while helping prepare the business for future technologies, including S/4 HANA and SAP Digital Manufacturing.

You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives, influence system design, and work at the intersection of business and technology—ensuring our systems deliver meaningful value across both current and future facilities.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the configuration and ongoing optimisation of SAP EWM, working closely with technical teams and business users
  • Contributing to the broader SAP ecosystem including ECC, ME, and APO
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, solve challenges, and improve business processes
  • Supporting testing, deployment, and system changes across development, integration, and production environments
  • Balancing day-to-day incident resolution with longer-term project work
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives and promoting agile ways of working
  • Helping deliver our Industry 4.0 vision by embedding digital solutions into manufacturing operations
  • Acting as a trusted partner to the business—translating technical concepts into clear, actionable outcomes

What skills and experience you’ll bring

  • Experience implementing and supporting SAP EWM within a complex business environment
  • Knowledge of SAP products such as ECC, ME, APO, MDG, S/4 HANA, or Digital Manufacturing
  • Experience working across system testing and deployments
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage change, and deliver solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across operational support and project delivery
  • A collaborative mindset, with a focus on building trust and shared success
  • A learning-oriented attitude with curiosity and enthusiasm for digital innovation
