Key Areas of responsibility
• Responsible for overall test engineering (Subsystem and System-level) activities 
within the team
• Analyze requirements and determine product testing parameters
• Defining Test concept
• Writing test plans, defining test cases and test scenarios for the product.
• Coordinate/communicate with team members failed test cases or errors in the 
product and to ensure problem solution, appropriate risk reduction, and user 
satisfaction.
• Responsible for maintaining traceability requirements for the products
• Responsible for reliability testing of systems and subsystems
• Troubleshooting any errors and streamlining the testing procedures.
• Ensuring all tests and procedures meet company and industry standards.
• Preparing test reports for management

Job knowledge, skills and experience
• Bachelor/ Master in electronics/electrical engineering with at least 5 years of 
experience in relevant test engineering activities
• Extensive knowledge of engineering and testing procedures (test case definition, 
testing models, usage of required test tools and troubleshooting)
• Knowledge of key new trends in testing systems (hardware and software) would 
be an added plus 
• Team player driving interactions with the design team, proactively sharing test 
feedback to build robust designs and products
• Strong process orientation and attention to detail ensuring compliance in 
documentation management and test reporting (High-level technical writing skills)
• Healthcare domain experience is desirable
• Strong communication skills, a down-to-earth mentality, ability to deal with a 
diverse stakeholder field.
• Experience in reliability methodology and prediction is desirable
