Apply now for the position of Country/Zone Business Lead Assistant and you will join the Laboratory Solutions Sales team to support and drive key activities.

Your role:

  • Executive Support: provide comprehensive daily support to the Country Business Lead, managing operations related to the internal sales team and connected corporate functions.
  • Calendar & Travel Management: fully manage the agendas for both the Country Business Lead, the Southwest Europe Zone Business Lead and Zone Finance Head, including complex travel arrangements and prioritizing customer requests.
  • Event & Meeting Coordination: organize company and team events, calls, and meetings. Oversee logistics and execution (agendas, venues, etc.) both locally in Italy and across Southwest Europe.
  • Communication & Documentation: prepare, draft, and deliver high-quality internal and external communications, critical documents, reports, meeting materials, and memos.
  • Sales & Local Event Assistance: offer hands-on operational assistance to the sales team for local events and initiatives.
  • Congress & Compliance Support: manage internal and external activities related to local, national, and international congresses, events and speaker engagements, ensuring full alignment with Compliance regulations.
  • Vendor Management: serve as the main point of contact for third-party suppliers, agencies and service providers to support external activities.

Your expertise:

  • Professional Background: proven, solid experience in similar roles such as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Senior Management Assistant, ideally within international or highly structured environments.
  • Your Mindset: discretion, tact, and emotional intelligence are second nature to you. You know how to build trust and handle sensitive information with the utmost care.
  • You love creating order out of complexity. Multitasking, managing tight schedules, and planning are things you genuinely enjoy and excel at.
  • You are a natural communicator. Whether writing an email, preparing a presentation, or speaking with team members and senior leaders, you know how to connect with people at all levels.
  • You take pride in precision. Following procedures and ensuring compliance comes naturally to you, guaranteeing quality in everything you deliver.
  • You thrive on teamwork and cross-functional synergy. You enjoy connecting different departments, solving problems together, and helping things run smoothly.
  • You are highly proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and you know how to effectively use social media platforms like LinkedIn for professional networking and branding.
  • As you will be working closely with colleagues across Southwest Europe, full fluency in both written and spoken English is essential for your daily collaboration.

Compensation & Benefits

In accordance with our commitment to pay transparency and equal opportunity, we provide a clear breakdown of the financial package for this role:

  • The position is regulated by the Chemical-Pharmaceutical National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico), qualifica Impiegato.
  • Annual Salary Range: the base salary for this position typically ranges from 34.500-46.000 gross per year (RAL). The final offer will be tailored based on your individual skills, experience and specific location.
  • Performance Bonus: this role is eligible for a variable incentive plan linked to specific achievements (5%)
