Do you want to apply AI to real-world challenges that matter? We are looking for a hands-on AI & Data Specialist who will help transform global trade and compliance through data, automation and intelligent solutions. You will work on end-to-end use cases with real impact, from idea to implementation.

Your role:

  • Discover, drive and implement AI-powered improvements in Export Control & Customs processes
  • Turn real business challenges into smart data and automation solutions
  • Build prototypes, analytics and automation workflows using modern tools
  • Work with diverse data sources and create reliable data pipelines
  • Deliver meaningful insights through advanced analytics and dashboards
  • Collaborate closely with international teams across ECC, IT and Data Analytics
  • Take ownership of projects end-to-end – from idea to implementation

Your expertise:

  • Experience (3+ years) in data analytics, data science or similar role
  • Hands-on programming skills (Python, SQL) and interest in AI/automation
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to solve real business problems
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik)
  • Knowledge of data platforms (Snowflake) or SAP data (SD/MM) is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in an international environment
  • Self-driven personality with curiosity to explore new ideas
  • Fluent English is a must; German is an advantage

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 4000 EUR brutto /month + VAR

In line with applicable pay transparency requirements, the minimum gross monthly base salary for this position is 4000 EUR.

In addition, this role includes a variable compensation component, depending on individual and/or company performance. 

The final offer will be determined based on qualifications, skills, and experience and may exceed the stated minimum.
