Senior Solution Manager (m/w/d) eHealth Platforms

Location: Hybrid Role in Vienna, 20% travel


You will translate complex customer requirements into tailored eHealth solution concepts, connecting clinical workflows, data platforms, and interoperable systems. Acting as a key interface between customers, sales, and technical teams, you will shape solution architectures, drive proposal development, and contribute to strategic healthcare initiatives.



Your Responsibilities:

  • Translate customer requirements, RFI/RFPs, and clinical use cases into tailored eHealth solution concepts
  • Develop high-quality proposals, solution architectures, and technical documentation across functional and technical domains
  • Map requirements to the existing portfolio and define extensions via partner solutions where needed
  • Act as a cross-functional consultant, aligning Sales, Product, Pre-Sales, Service, and partners to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions
  • Design and validate solution architectures for interoperable healthcare ecosystems (e.g. platforms, portals, cross-site data integration)
  • Facilitate customer workshops and presentations, ensuring alignment with clinical workflows, technical feasibility, and long-term value

Your Profile: 


  • Degree in Healthcare IT, Medical Informatics, Health Management, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in Healthcare IT (e.g. Solution Consulting, Solution Design, IT Architecture, or Product-related roles)
  • Strong understanding of clinical and administrative workflows, ideally in radiology, imaging, or adjacent domains
  • Experience with healthcare system landscapes (e.g. PACS, RIS, HIS/KIS, data platforms, portals, telemedicine solutions)
  • Solid knowledge of interoperability standards (e.g. DICOM, HL7, FHIR, IHE)
  • Ability to structure complex requirements and translate them into clear, scalable solution designs
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization and acting independently

What else do I need to know?
The min gross annual salary for this position is at least 60.000,00 EUR. Depending on education and experience, overpayment is possible.
