Working Student (f/m/d) Sustainable by Design / Customer Insights & Value
Mode of Employment: Fixed Term / 15h/Week
Then come and join our global team as Working Student (f/m/d) to support us in the area of Sustainability by Design / Customer Insights and Value.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will assist with the preparation, coordination and follow-up of workshops and collaborative meetings
- You will contribute to the design, evaluation and reporting of internal surveys and feedback initiatives
- You will help with customer and market research to identify relevant sustainability trends, needs and opportunities
- You will also assist with research work and the maintenance of clear, well-structured documentation
- You will help to create, review and revise materials in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- You will also support with secondary research, support knowledge management activities and provide general administrative support to the team

Your qualifications and experience:
- You are currently successfully studying in a technical, scientific or economic field, ideally Sustainability Management, Circular Economy, Product Design, Customer Experience or a related field
- You are at least for one year available
- You are confident using Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner/Kanban tools and Forms
- Initial experience with AI-powered tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT or similar solutions is an advantage
- Experience with collaboration and visualisation tools such as Conceptboard is a plus
- Initial professional experience as a working student or intern is an advantage
Your attributes and skills:
- You have a very good command of English; knowledge of German is an advantage
- You have a keen interest in sustainability, the circular economy, product design and creating customer value
- You are characterised by a reliable, independent and proactive approach to work, coupled with strong communication and teamwork skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively within an international team environment
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail and the ability to structure information clearly are among your strengths
