Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Assist with daily contract management request i.e. contract reviewing support, clarification process, contract setup in system and maintenance of complete contract databases
  • Follow up on customer obligations, making sure that the information is correctly reflected on the system.
  • Review of customer queries relating to the customer contract and alignment with management on how to manage/proceed.
  • Assistance with contract renewals, cancellations and extensions, including uploading to the contract database.
  • Day to day duties assigned in relation to the contract management.

Your qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting or equivalent
  • Ability to analyse information critically and evaluate it correctly.
  • Broad understanding of contract management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and an affinity for data analytics
  • User experience of SAP System is a bonus.
  • English (Full proficiency).
