Your role:

•         We are looking for a strategic and visionary Head of Digital Health to lead the expansion of our Digital Health and IT Healthcare business across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.

•         This leader will be responsible for driving go-to-market strategies, accelerating digital transformation in healthcare, and delivering sustainable business growth while enhancing customer value through innovative digital solutions.

ü  Lead the Go-to-Market strategy for Digital Health solutions across the assigned region

ü  Drive business execution with high accuracy, ensuring achievement of revenue and profitability targets

ü  Own and manage full P&L responsibility for the Digital Health business

ü  Define and execute mid- and long-term strategic plans aligned with business objectives

ü  Strengthen market positioning and expand footprint across the territory

ü  Define and implement service strategy and customer care excellence

ü  Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and R&D to drive business growth

ü  Build and develop strong customer relationships and value-driven solutions

ü  Define and implement a digital vision and strategy, aligned with the company’s transformation into a digital organization

ü  Identify and leverage digital business models and emerging technologies (e.g., cloud computing, data analytics, automation, AI)

ü  Drive innovation through customer-centric approaches, including rapid test-and-learn cycles

ü  Promote co-creation with customers and internal stakeholders to design innovative solutions and experiences

ü  Lead digital transformation initiatives within healthcare IT and radiology ecosystems

ü  Foster an ecosystem mindset, enabling partnerships and collaborative innovation

ü  Drive a strong innovation culture, encouraging experimentation and continuous improvement

ü  Promote an open failure mindset, supporting agile learning and resilience

ü  Inspire teams with passion for digital innovation and transformation

ü  Allocate and manage resources for innovation initiatives

ü  Break silos by enabling cross-functional collaboration across internal and external networks

Your expertise:

·       Solid experience in Digital Health, Healthcare IT, or MedTech environment

·       Proven track record in Digital Radiology Solutions and Interoperability

·       Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L and strategic growth initiatives

·       Demonstrated experience in Go-to-Market execution and commercial leadership

·       Experience leading regional or multi-country operations

·       Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at senior levels

·       Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset

·       Advanced English (mandatory)
