We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to join our Radiopharma business as a Key Account Manager, responsible for developing strategic partnerships with key healthcare institutions and driving sustainable sales and market share growth across an international scope.

 

In this role, you will oversee key customer relationships, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and execute account plans to support commercial performance and long-term partnerships within the Radiopharma business.

 

Location: Barcelona or Valencia (Spain)

 

 

Your role: 

  • Develop and execute long-term key account strategies to drive sustainable sales and market share growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare institutions, including public and private hospitals
  • Identify, engage and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support product positioning, market access and long-term partnerships
  • Act as the main point of contact between customers, KOLs and internal crossfunctional teams (Sales, Marketing, Medical, Customer Service, Finance)
  • Define and implement annual key account plans, including objectives, action plans and KPIs
  • Support market access initiatives, including product listings, payer discussions and negotiations with key decisionmakers
  • Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, contracts, trade terms) in line with company strategy and compliance requirements
  • Identify and develop collaboration opportunities with customers and KOLs to create shared value
  • Support promotional activities, campaigns and product launches, ensuring effective execution and ROI
  • Contribute to medical education and training initiatives in collaboration with Medical Affairs and Trade Marketing teams
  • Ensure full compliance with Siemens Healthineers policies, processes and regulatory standards

Travel: Required to perform job function (up to 60%)

Your expertise:

  • University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field 
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in Key Account Management, Sales, Market Access or Commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, healthcare or radiopharma industry 
  • Solid understanding of hospital environments, healthcare systems and decision-making processes 
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals and key stakeholders 
  • Strong knowledge of pricing, reimbursement, product listing and negotiation processes 
  • Excellent commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales growth and market share 
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams  
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to define and monitor KPIs and account plans 
  • High level of autonomy, accountability and compliance mindset 
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a strong advantage
