Join our global team as a Requirements Engineer in the field of Computed Tomography and play a key role in developing software solutions that support clinical diagnostics and improve patient outcomes worldwide.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

As part of an international team, you will create requirements and functional specifications for software used to operate CT scanners.

Specifically, you will:

  • Proactively identify opportunities for innovation through close collaboration with customers
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the specification process
  • Extract requirements from various sources, further refine them, and formulate them in English at both user and system requirement specification levels
  • Ensure that requirements are clear, correct, testable, and compliant with standards and regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate a review process of the resulting requirements through involving stakeholders from product definition, development, testing, and quality assurance
  • Also act with partial capacity as a test ambassador involved in process of defining test strategy to cover defined requirements by software tests

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • You hold a completed master’s degree in Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or Applied Physics, or a comparable qualification
  • You have already gained practical work experience in requirements engineering (field of medical technology is of advantage)
  • You bring a technical understanding and interest in complex systems
  • You communicate fluently in English, and you can collaborate with globally distributed teams
  • Your honest, empathetic, and loyal communication style enables interaction at eye level within the team, with partners, and with internal stakeholders – both virtually and in person
  • You are team player who knows how to motivate, brings sense of responsibility, and has result-oriented thinking

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 2500 EUR brutto /month + VAR*

*We are required by law to disclose basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised positions. We carefully consider your professional qualifications and experience in our compensation package and/or when offering you other positions.
