Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You drive end-to-end technical delivery and execute high-quality SAP development across both strategic projects and change management initiatives.
• You provide expert-level guidance on system architecture, code quality, and effort estimation while spearheading the adoption of modern technologies such as Fiori, BTP, OData, CAP, and RAP.
• You lead Quality Gate activities and govern external vendors to enforce strict adherence to internal coding guidelines and optimal technical standards through ATC.
• You execute remediation and continuous improvement initiatives within the Operations area to ensure maximum system stability, performance, and security.
• You optimize the existing codebase by implementing SAP’s Clean Core approach, ensuring the landscape remains agile and ready for future upgrades.

Your qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP development, with a clear evolution from ABAP developer to a Senior/Lead or Architect role.
• Full Lifecycle Projects: Proven track record of at least 1 full-cycle implementations (preferably S/4HANA), covering all phases from requirement gathering and technical design to Go-Live and hypercare.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex performance issues and architectural bottlenecks in large-scale SAP landscapes.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). Must be able to lead technical workshops, document complex architectures, and collaborate with international stakeholders and global teams effectively.

Your attributes and skills:

• SAP HANA development, including CDS Views, OData, and performance tuning for In-Memory databases
• Modern Frontend Development: Proficiency in SAP Fiori and SAPUI5, with the ability to build, extend, and deploy user-centric applications that align with modern UX standards and knowledge on BTP services
• S/4HANA Transformation accelerator: Deep technical involvement in S/4HANA migrations or implementations, with a clear understanding of the "Clean Core" strategy and extensibility frameworks
