Your role:

• Perform all Applications and Operations Training, maintaining competitive and clinical knowledge.
• On site customer education includes Turnover training, upgrades and follow-up
•  Professional application support to resolve customer tickets, escalations and complaints.
• Keep up to date with current products of Siemens and Competitors and clinical trends to update customers.
• Preparation of clinical case studies and images to support sales projects.

Your Qualifications:

• University degree in science or medicine or biomedical engineering or equivalent qualification from reputable university or college, where required or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Recently minimum of 3 years of experience working in Molecular Imaging, Mammography, XP.
• An excellent Communication and customer interaction skills.
• Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility regarding travel throughout and outside Pakistan.
• Proficiency in English and local language.
