Contract Administrator with Swedish, Danish or Finnish language

Then come and join our global team as Contract Administrator to help with contract maintenance and become an expert regarding contract performance.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will accompany and monitor the processing of contracts for Siemens Healthineers in terms of creation, maintenance, and invoicing.
  • You will review newly concluded contracts for compliance with accepted contract standards and enter them into the ERP system.
  • You will ensure the alignment of contract billing statuses with the actual delivery.
  • You will conduct and monitor the contract related invoicing processes.
  • You will actively participate in projects within an international environment (e.g., Digital Transformation).

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
  • You have practical experience with the accounting standards IFRS15 and IFRS16 is advantageous.
  • You demonstrate a high level of initiative, reliability, and teamwork.
  • You have developed skills in the evaluation and analysis of big data.
  • You have practical experience with SAP modules SD, CO, FI, and RAR is advantageous.
  • You are fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages – Swedish, Finnish or Danish is a must.
  • You have a good proficiency in Excel and other MS office programs.
  • You have basic logistics knowledge.

  • You take responsibility for and ownership of country instrument install base.
  • You are open to learning and developing yourself.
  • You are ready to support the business and interact with partners and customers.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 1700 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
