Then come and join our global team as Working Student (f/m/d) to support within the field of Process Management.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will support us in creating and updating SharePoint pages
  • You will help create and manage content for our quality core value communication campaign
  • Together with us you will help to model our processes in stages
  • You will support various activities throughout the QMS Release process
  • You will help to foster the transparency with the help of different tools (e.g. Azure DevOps) by using agile methods
  • You will support with establishing automation workflows

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You are currently studying computer science, informatics, business informatics, or a related field (e.g. business administration, economics, etc.)
  • You are available for minimum three semesters
  • You possess experience and/or openness in modern engagement tools such as Viva Engage, Microsoft Office365 (ideally Power Apps, Flow, etc.), SharePoint
  • It would be beneficial if you have already gained experience in Azure DevOps regarding Markdowns, queries and creation of dashboards


Your attributes and skills:

  • You have a very good command of written and spoken English; German is a plus
  • You have a structured and detail-orientated approach to project management
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, enjoy networking, and like approaching new people
  • You have a proactive mindset, and are willing to take on tasks and overcome them independently
  • You tackle problems with energy, motivation, openness and a creative approach
