If you are experienced in Data Privacy, you can contribute within Siemens Healthineers Portugal by:

  • Acting as a Business Partner in Data Privacy for our legal entities in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
  • Handling Data Breaches and Data Subject Access Requests.
  • Reviewing Data Privacy relevant processes and applications of a multinational market leader in the healthcare sector.
  • Supporting the legal department with reviewing data privacy related contract clauses and Data Processing Agreements.
  • Ensuring the proper implementation of internal Data Privacy Guidelines, Instructions, and Directives through training and awareness campaigns.
  • Ensuring compliance with (UK-)GDPR and specific data privacy laws, including documentation and transparency obligations.
  • Performing data privacy assessments and driving mitigation projects, where necessary.
  • Upholding Siemens Healthineers’ core values, such as integrity, respect, and reliability.

Your Profile:

  • In-depth knowledge of UK Data Privacy laws, supported by a degree in Law or Economics, or extensive professional experience in a data privacy role.
  • Experience in answering Data Subject Access Requests and handling Data Breaches.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in collaboration with multiple stakeholders with diverse expectations.  
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, with attention to details
  • Ability to exercise judgement on complex issues effectively.  
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and set the right priorities.
  • Confidence and strong communication skills to effectively convey legal topics and their business implications to senior management.
