Working Student (f/m/d) Global Business Partner Management
Mode of Employment: Fixed Term / 15h/Week

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You support operational activities within our Partner Management Team, including tool development and administrative tasks
- You enhance and maintain existing Partner Management applications
- You contribute to the continuous improvement of dashboards (e.g., Power BI) and applications (e.g., Power Apps)
- You help us manage access rights for various tools on behalf of Partner Managers worldwide
- You assist in maintaining and organizing MS Teams and SharePoint environments, including access control, structure, and content updates

Your qualifications and experience:
- You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Business Information Systems or another IT-related field and have already gained initial work experience within an internship or a working student position
- You are familiar with Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- You have excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- You enjoy working with various tools and applications and quickly adapt to new technologies
Your attributes and skills:
- You speak English fluently; German skills are an advantage
- You are open minded for new technologies, especially related to artificial intelligence
- You are passionate about the work that you undertake, and your goal is to deliver professional outcomes
