Job Description - Technical Support Professional - Bid Management

Key Responsibilities:

GeM Portal Management -

            Manage product listings, catalogue creation, and updates on the GeM portal.

            Resolve GeM-related operational issues & Share regular updates for GeM with all stakeholders.

            Manage GeM Profiles & IDs, ensure documentary compliances on regular basis as per GeM process.

            Maintain accurate records in GeM and control the inventory.

            Arrange documents and mange internal stakeholders for CCM/ KYCs/ Vendor Assessment etc.

Tender Management:

  • Tender Prebid representation: Review tender specifications and work in coordination with various stakeholders for inputs for preparing tender representation to customer.
  • Tender/Project summary: Prepare and share with stakeholders the summary of tender key scope and terms & conditions.
  • Equipment Configuration: In line with tender specifications & sales team input, finalise equipment configuration with Business Line.
  • Accessories & Turnkey: Compile local accessories requirement from tender and arrange price & other documents from SCM / PM Team.
  • Stakeholder management: Work as intermediary among various stakeholders like BL, Sales, SCM, PM.
  • Consolidation: Compile inputs of Equipment configuration & Third party scope and share with Pricing Team for Price approval.
  • Buyback: Arrange buyback offers from vendors.
  • Tender Compliance: Post receipt of 1st cut from Sales and final from PM/ SCM, finalise tender compliance along with Business Line.
  • Technical Offer: Work with Bid support to prepare and review Technical offer before submission.
  • Brochure and Datasheets: Share final brochure & datasheets for bid submission to Bid Support.
  • Price Justification: Preparation of draft Price justification aligning with BL and sharing it with Sales & Pricing Team for final assessment.

Qualification & Experience:

·       Engineering Graduate or Postgraduate with minimum 4-8 years of relevant experience in Bid management / Tender Management, GeM Portal Management
