Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d) with German, fixed-term
Location: Hybrid Role in one of our offices in Kosice or Bratislava
We are looking for a curious and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Partner (German-speaking) to join our team on a fixed-term basis. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes and partner closely with hiring managers to attract top talent. As part of a supportive and engaged Talent Acquisition team, you will deliver high-quality hiring experiences using modern tools and technologies.
- Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across different countries and business areas
- Build a strong understanding of the business to act as a true talent partner, not just a recruiter
- Proactively source and engage talent using modern tools, including AI-based solutions
- Experiment with new approaches, tools, and ways of working to continuously improve hiring
- Collaborate closely with an international TA team and hiring managers to drive smart hiring decisions
- Stay curious, keep learning, and bring fresh ideas into how we attract and hire talent
Your Profile:
- Fluent in German and English
- Additional language skills such as Slovak, Czech, or Hungarian are a strong plus
- Curious and engaged mindset, with a genuine interest in learning the business
- Structured and reliable way of working, with the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel
- First experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting-related roles
- Exposure to hiring in Tech, MedTech, IT, or R&D environments is a plus
- Interest in modern sourcing approaches and openness to using AI tools in daily work
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, hands-on attitude
Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 2100 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
