Apply now for the Head of Marketing, Laboratory Solutions position and play a key role in the ASEAN team. In this role, you will have full accountability for Core Lab Solutions (CLS) and Specialty Lab Solutions (SLS) portfolio, driving end-to-end commercialization across the ASEAN region. You will manage sales and related business efforts for all CLS and SLS and service products to drive increased market share, improve customer satisfaction and installed bases retention rate.

Your Role:
Strategic Leadership & Governance
  • Lead the ASEAN Marketing Team to deliver business unit objectives aligned with zone.
  • Act as a key driver and facilitator across the Zone ASEAN, AP & Global Franchise teams to ensure successful strategy development and execution for the Lab Solutions (LS) business area.
  • Continually measure personal and team performance against the marketing plan, making data-driven decisions to meet or exceed business expectations.
  • Ensure LS business KPIs and financial targets are consistently achieved.
  • Business Planning & Commercial Excellence
  • Support ASEAN Head of LS in defining the CLS and SLS business targets through MTA and MBR process.
  • Contribute to strategic and operational imperatives to meet or exceed zone revenue and profitability targets.
  • Support CLS and SLS deal escalation process to ensure optimal product positioning and compelling value proposition aligned with zone profit objectives.
  • Drive and embed a COF2Value Monetization Mindset across ASEAN sales and marketing committees, including the rollout of structured COF2Value Monetization Initiatives and Training as part of the Sales Education.
Portfolio & Go-to-Market Management
  • Oversee new product launches and cross-functional implementation, including marketing strategy, value proposition development, prioritization, pricing, launch planning, promotion, and distribution.
  • Lead portfolio and product lifecycle management to maximize growth, competitiveness, and installed base retention.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence and competitor insights, translating these into differentiated value arguments and positioning for the SHS portfolio.
Customer & Capability Development
  • Manage and develop key customer accounts, acting as a strategic partner to unlock mutually beneficial growth opportunities.
  • Develop and rollout comprehensive sales education plans to ensure sales, marketing, and business partners are equipped with right knowledge, tools and messaging.
  • Collaborate closely within the DX RHQ, AP and other cross-functional teams to achieve shared commercial and strategic goals.

Your Expertise:
  • Degree in Life Sciences, Laboratory Medicine, Biomedical Science or a healthcare-related field (preferred) or Degree in Marketing or Business with strong healthcare industry exposure.
  • 8 – 12 years of experience in regional marketing or product management roles within Diagnostics (IVD) or lab solutions.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies directly linked to revenue and profitability targets.
  • Strong working knowledge of the In Vitro Diagnostics industry, with existing industry contacts and the ability to build trusted relationships within clinical and laboratory environments.
Functional & Technical Skills
  • Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
  • Marketing strategy development & execution.
  • Portfolio and product lifecycle management.
  • Pricing strategy and competitive analysis.
  • Business planning (MTA / MBR exposure preferred).
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Global Marketing, Country Teams, Education).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of clinical laboratory workflows.
