Key Areas of responsibility:

Responsible for assembly and testing of the medical devices according to specific work/test instruction. Responsible for creation and Maintenance of Device History record of each system. Shall actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production process, driving efficiency, quality enhancement, and process optimization.

Plan and complete the assigned production task within the defined time to meet deadlines.

Identify and resolve quality issues with proper root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.

Job knowledge, skills and experience:

Diploma in EEE or ECE with 2-4 years of experience in assembly and testing of electromechanical systems.

The candidate is required to possess hands-on experience in electronic soldering, with IPC J-STD-001 certification considered an added advantage.

Should have a strong foundation in RF and electronics fundamentals, including resonance, impedance matching, and S-parameters, along with hands-on experience in using a network analyzer (VNA) for measurement and basic tuning, and the ability to troubleshoot electronic/RF circuits effectively.

Experience in assembly and testing of medical devices and ability to work effectively under pressure whilst retaining a strong eye for detail.

Must possess strong proficiency in MS-Office tools. Knowledge in SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.

Passionate about learning new products in a quick manner. Able to learn and implement changes/improvements in the production line. Analytical and practical approach to problem solving.

Demonstrates ability to be a team player; works well with others; contributes positively to work in team environment. Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to plan and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
