Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certificate Management Specialist to join our Hybrid Cloud Security team. The candidate will be responsible for managing TLS and Code Signing certificates, including lifecycle management and troubleshooting, key management in Key Management System solutions and support building a key management service, helping users to use their own key in different applications. This position requires a proactive individual with strong soft skills and the ability to handle and solve certificate issues with minimal disruption to business operations.
 
Task and Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain Enterprise Certificate Authorities (CAs) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
  • Manage TLS certificates, including issuance, renewal, revocation, troubleshooting, and lifecycle automation.
  • Provide code signing certificates for applications, platforms, and infrastructure components.
  • Ensure compliance with cryptographic standards and best practices (e.g. lifespan, key sizes, algorithms).
  • Design, operate and enhance a centralized Key Management System (KMS) to manage encryption keys used by sensitive business applications.
  • Define and maintain secure key isolation architectures, ensuring compliance with internal security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support and operate Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) services and external key integration scenarios across cloud and on‑prem environments.
  • Ensure proper key lifecycle management (generation, rotation, backup, revocation, and destruction).
  • Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to securely integrate encryption and certificate services.
  • Troubleshoot cryptographic issues, certificate failures, and trust‑chain problems across complex environments.
