Opportunity for an experienced Legal and Compliance Administrative Assistant to join our NRB Legal and Compliance organization. A strong background in legal and compliance administration is preferred.
This position reports to Head of Legal.
📍 Location: Denmark, Finland, or Baltics region
Your role:
- Provide adminstrative support to the Legal & Compliance team.
- Coordinate filings, document management and manage retention process.
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal and compliance documents, including preparation of presentations.
- Manage and organize calendars, meetings and travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Support compliance and data privacy reporting
Your expertise:
- Experience in a legal or compliance administrative role.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken are essential. Fluency in one of the Nordics or Baltics languages is considered an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Experience working in an international global company or law firm environment beneficial.
