As an Area Sales Professional you will be responsible for the new orders target defined by the company within the assigned territory. Ensure the market transparency through the maintenance of data in the CRM. Ensure profitability and compliance with the sales process. Develop and enhance the company’s image and ensure the satisfaction of existing and potential customers. Ensure regular follow-up with clients.
Your Role:
- Establishing a Territory Action Plan (TAP) based on the segmentation of the assigned sector
- Conducting competitive intelligence activities and ensuring that relevant information is reported internally
- Identifying sales opportunities for products from our portfolios and updating them accordingly in the CRM tool
- Protecting the installed Siemens base and contributing to its growth by deploying new systems in collaboration with specialist sales teams and the Business Manager
- Conducting commercial negotiations in compliance with the framework defined in the CRM sales process
- Conducting product and system demonstrations (Application/Service demonstrations)
- Organizing system evaluations in coordination with the Marketing team
- Ensuring the coordination of system demonstrations and installations, in collaboration with Project Management (PM), and ensuring their smooth and effective execution
- Acting as an ambassador of the company towards existing and potential customers
- Conducting visits to clients and prospects according to a pre-established schedule, available in the CRM tool and visible to the manager, with sufficient anticipation
- Monitoring and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensuring the resolution of customer complaints and dispute
- Identifying performance issues related to reagents and/or systems and reporting them to the relevant internal functions (Marketing, Service, Operations, etc.)
